All I knew was that it meant ‘a really long time’. According to my handy-dandy google-using abilities though, I’m told it differs. Raccoons in the wild live about 5-7 years, while those in captivity can live up to 14-17 years. So that’s where the term comes from.

And uh, are you in Thailand right now??!! If so, I am jealous. I’ll be expecting my flight info in my email pronto. =)
